We believe in nurturing the whole person — mind, body, and most importantly, spirit. Rooted in grace and guided by purpose we walk alongside those seeking healing, growth, and transformation.

Our story begins with a desire to create a space where people could come as they are; broken, weary, or simply searching for “more” to find restoration for the mind, body, and spirit. Journee of Karis was birthed from a place of grace, because we know what it feels like to walk through depression, anxiety, postpartum struggles, seasons of not feeling at home in our own bodies. and all the trials of life; only to finally discover the real us.

But here’s the truth: we didn’t walk this journey alone; and you won't have to either.

At Journee of Karis, we meet you where you are, offering the same grace that our Heavenly Father so lovingly pours out on us each day. This is a safe place where love, joy, grace, and peace are not just words... they are the atmosphere.

Mission Statement

Journee of Karis exists to guide women through the sacred process of becoming whole—by creating space for honesty, healing, and intentional living. We empower women to confront their truth, release what no longer serves them, and reconnect with their identity, their voice, and their relationship with God. Through spiritual reflection, holistic practices, and purposeful community, we walk alongside women as they return to themselves and step fully into a life of freedom and alignment.

Our mission is simple yet powerful: to help you uncover the light within, embrace your true purpose, and walk confidently in the fullness of who you are. We believe every person carries a divine spark, and it is our joy to see that spark grow into a flame.

Our Story

Journee of Karis wasn’t created from a business idea.
It was born from a real, personal transformation.

There was a time in my life where I didn’t fully understand who I was, what I was called to do, or even what God was doing in me. I was searching through relationships, experiences, and different paths trying to figure out where I belonged and who I truly was.

And in the middle of that uncertainty… everything began to shift.

What felt like confusion at the time was actually the beginning of something sacred. God wasn’t breaking me, He was transforming me.

I went through a season of deep release. Letting go of people, patterns, and parts of myself that I had carried for years. It was uncomfortable. It was emotional. It was necessary.

Then came the renewing, where I had to confront my thoughts, my beliefs, and the way I saw myself. I had to unlearn survival patterns and choose truth, even when it was hard.

And somewhere in that process… I stopped trying to “fix” myself.

I began to become.

I remember sitting on the floor, tired, asking God to come into me and that changed everything.

My identity shifted. my peace became consistent, my relationship with God became real, personal, and honest. I learned that transformation isn’t a moment... it’s a process.

A sacred one.

And through that process, something awakened in me:
a deeper sense of self-love, self-worth, and truth.

Not the kind the world teaches but the kind rooted in knowing who you are in God.

There was also a level of honesty I had to step into—being truthful about my identity, my experiences, and my journey. And what I found wasn’t distance from God… but deeper intimacy with Him.

So, for the woman becoming whole, honest, and free, this journey is for you.
